Questions about plans and billing
How does the subscription work?+
Plans are billed monthly or yearly, in advance. Yearly billing is offered at a 10% saving compared with twelve monthly payments. Applicable taxes are charged in addition to the listed prices.
Can I cancel my subscription?+
Yes. You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.
What is needed to set up my account?+
You need a business phone number that is not currently active on the WhatsApp consumer or Business app, a business name, and the ability to complete the official Meta tech provider onboarding requirements.
Do I need an official Meta tech provider account?+
Yes. Zyveni is a Meta Tech Provider and works with the official Meta tech provider channel. Your business messaging runs through your own official Meta tech provider account connected to Zyveni.
How do message templates work?+
Business-initiated messages use templates that must be submitted for review under WhatsApp/Meta policies. You can create and manage templates in Zyveni and use approved templates in campaigns and automations.

How is billing handled?+
Subscription fees are charged for the selected billing period and plan. Prices are listed exclusive of applicable taxes, which are added at checkout or on your invoice.
